We are traide AI - a VC-backed, B2B deep tech startup based in Berlin, using AI to solve one of the most overlooked yet critical challenges in international trade: customs compliance. Our software automates product classification, reduces regulatory errors, and helps customers save up to 83% of their time.

Your tasks

• Take ownership of your own (sub-)projects in areas such as finance, people & culture, business development, or operations
• Support the Chief of Staff in both operational and strategic topics, working closely with the founders
• Contribute to developing our organization and gain insights into recruiting and finance processes
• Help plan and organize internal events (e.g. team events, all-hands meetings) and shape our team culture

Who we’re looking for

• You are in the advanced stages of your Bachelor’s or already doing your Master’s degree - ideally in a business-related field
• You are motivated to take on a wide range of tasks and bring a hands-on mentality
• You have excellent German and English skills
• You possess strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders
• You have good organizational and project management skills to drive projects independently
• Initial experience in consulting, start-ups, or project management is a plus
• Availability: at least 4 months (onsite in Berlin)
